Active Ingredients (Per 1 g)
• Isoconazole nitrate (10 mg / 1%): An antifungal agent that stops the growth of fungi (such as dermatophytes and Candida).
• Diflucortolone valerate (1 mg / 0.1%): A strong topical corticosteroid that quickly reduces swelling, pain, and itching.
Indications and Common Uses
• Fungal skin infections of the hands, feet (including between the toes), groin, and genital areas.
• Short-term initial treatment when the fungal infection has heavy inflammatory or eczematous symptoms.
How to Use
• Application: Apply a thin layer to the affected skin twice daily.
• Duration: Use strictly for a maximum of 2 weeks. Once the inflammation and symptoms improve, stop using Travocort and switch to a plain antifungal cream (without a steroid) if directed by your doctor.
• Safety Precautions: Avoid contact with the eyes, open wounds, or mucous membranes. It can weaken latex condoms or diaphragms.
